<p>This is an old complaint now, but worth sharing. I had a puncture a while back and had to use my BMW tyre repair foam. I immediately ordered another one from BMW Autobahn (which wasn't cheap), which I received in a sealed brown box.</p> <p> </p> <p>I kept the box in my car unopened until my bad luck struck again and I had another puncture, only to find out that the sealant bottle provided didn't fit the model of the tyre pressure machine in the car. The part supp**** was wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I told this to the parts provider, he said this was the same product for all versions of Z4M, and that more than 7 days had passed since the invoice so there is nothing they can do.</p> <p> </p> <p>Somehow BMW's poor inventory and service management seems to be a good enough excuse to leave me out of pocket for a product I can't use. I've switched to an off the shelf sealant instead, which was significantly cheaper.</p>
