Part Dept - NO SERVICE no answer

Been phoning BMW Isando 3 days straight - Parts Department and it's frustrating!! Been put through to someone else to assist but the phone keeps being dropped. When finally getting through to someone and explaining the hassle - they put you through to parts dept again - just to keep the phone ringing. Will not support this dealership again!
