Paint defects

<p>MY COMPLAINT IS ABOUT PAINT DEFECTS ON A FORD FOCUS 1.0 ECO BOOST SEDAN</p> <p> </p> <p>I HAD MY FOCUS FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS, WHEN I SAW BLACK SPOTS ON THE PAINT. AS WELL AS MARKS ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE JUST ABOVE THE REAR BUMPER. ON THE BOOT LID THERE ALSO APPEAR TO BE A MARK FROM THE INSIDE OUT, BUT THE PADDING IS STILL ALL IN ORDER. ON THE RIGHT HAND DRIVERS DOOR THERE'S THE SAME MARK AS ON THE BOOT LID BUT 2 OF THEM. THEN ON THE RIGHT HAND FENDER AND THE LEFT HAND REAR DOOR IS MARKS THAT LOOK LIKE "FISH EYES".</p> <p> </p> <p>When I took the car for its first services at Ford in Vereeniging I reported this marks. They said they will come back to me about it. Than almost 6 months later still haven't heard any thing about it I call the sales manager oom Jake. He said to me bring in the vehicle on the monday so I did just that. He called the workshop manager Jason, we when over all the marks on the vehicle and said thats fine, its just probably factory dust. I must book the vehicle in and they will send it for a buff at a accredited dealer.</p> <p>After 4 days they phoned me to come and collect the car all is in order. But it was worst than it was. All the black spots is showing more and some places on the car they have buffed off some paint.</p> <p>Jason than arranged with Ford SA paint rep Alli to come and have a look. But according to him all of it is acceptable. And why only complain after almost a year. But why do Ford have than a paint warranty. Im not happy at all. You pay allot of money for your car and he said its all acceptable. IM NOT HAPPY AND WANT IT TO BE FIXED.
