It is always a pleasure dealing with Autobahn BMW and with Beverly (Servicing Department) in particular. Beverly goes out of her way to assist where possible and is always polite, professional and friendly. I am extremely fussy with my car (where it should be parked, who is allowed to drive it, how it should be cleaned etc.) Beverly makes sure that everything is done exactly according to my expectation and even exceeding it. I have never had a less-than-brilliant client experience at Autobahn and we recommend the dealership to all our friends.
