Out of this world bad service

Worst service ever received from Williams Hunt Edenvale, my husband took my car in this morning and was provided with transport to his work place now they are telling him they cant fetch him as he didn't fill in the for pick up. So do they expect him to fly to fetch the car , this is ridiculous.
