OPEL & WILLIAMS HUNT PORT ELIZABETH - DISGUSTING NEVER BUY AN OPEL OR ANY VEHICLE FROM WILLIAM'S HUNT

We bought an Opel Grandland Turbo which has only done just over 40 000 kms from Williams Hunt Port Elizabeth. We took a full service plan to 100 000 kms and were told it comes with a warrantee which is not worth the paper it is written on. Over R500 000 vehicle.

I am disgusted with the after sales service with them and Opel in general.

We had a problem with the aircon just over 3 weeks ago and I went there to book it in. The people including the Branch Manager Glen were very rude and unhelpful.

eventually they could only book my vehicle in 2 weeks later being today. I got my vehicle there by 08H10 this morning and at approx. 15H00 called them because I had heard nothing. Eventually at 16H00 I was told the aircon pollen filter is blocked and is not covered which is going to cost me over R700 to replace. My hands are tied. Really in all my years of having many vehicles I have never ever had a blocked aircon filter and it is not covered by a service plan or warrantee?

In summary I would suggest you NEVER EVER BUY AN OPEL and especially from Williams Hunt and/or this dealership. ABSOULTELY DISCUSTED with Opel and William's Hunt specifically this branch
