Opel Visagie the worst place to take your car!!! At your own risk

I don't know what I need to do to get some sort of service from Opel Visagie street. The customer service just keeps getting worse! I called 12 times last week and was promised a call back.I have a sign on the dashboard that the car is due for a service and I know I have taken it for a service twice but when I checked the service book it was never stamped! I am wondering if the second service was done or not! To date no response. When I was there the last time no one is willing to take responsibility for anything! I would not advise anyone to use Opel Visagie street.
