Opel poor service

I am very disappointed with opel William hunt Pretoria, I took my car to fix trasberring when I went to collect the car it was struggling to go into gear four, I went back to them they told me is my fauld and they took the car back, which is being two weeks now they told me they will check the gear box and see what's the problem,.... Their service is very poor and they don't keep us updated with anything
