Opel Corsa weeks without

6 weeks going on 7 without a car. I had an accident on the 26th of August, car went in for repairs the next day with the auto body and panel beaters, they had informed me that thy are waiting for parts which will take about 3 weeks. It is now week 6 without any idea of when the parts will arrive. I would not advise anyone to buy a Vehicle from the Opel brand. This is a brand new 2019 Opel Corsa 1.4 Sport. How is there no parts available in South Africa.
