14.12.2015 I phoned Donovan to say that my deal was approved and that he must send me a new OTP. I asked him if the deal is finalised that I can collect the car 18.12.15. He said it should not be a problem as he will send the car for smash and grab and the registration can be done in the new week. He said that Sandy will phone me icw extended warranty. Because the warranty made the price to high I decided to do the deal on the price without the warranty. Sandy phoned me and said the warranty covers your brakes and wheel alignment. I collected the car 22.12.2015 and 24.12.2015 I noticed the smash and grab was not done. I waited till the new year to phone Donovan and he was on leave. George (manager) said he will have the smash and grab done and will deduct the cost from Donovan's salary. I said we can wait for Donovan as he owes me answers. I phoned Donovan 25.1.2016 and was told that because I did not take the warranty I did not qualify for the smash and grab. I left a message for George to phone me and is still waiting. Not once one of them mentioned that ONLY if I take the warranty I will have the smash and grab. The idea for smash and grab came from Donovan.
