Northcliff BMW lie about brake replacement

BMW Northcliff, **** about replacing my front and rear brakes, putting my family and I at massive risk. After the supposed brake repairs was done, i'd taken the car back because it did not feel right, Northcliff BMW assured me all was in order. Today having taking my car elsewhere i am told my brakes are completely run down and need full replacement. Because of Northcliff BMW, I am now out of pocket and left with no choice but to replace this very crucial parts. Note that BMW Northcliff never gave me the old parts after supposedly replacing them. I should have known then there was a problem
