No sense of urgency at the Fourways branch

After my 2 year old Peugeot went into limp mode and would not accelerate I called the fourways branch and asked them if they could urgently help me because I didn’t know if the car was safe to drive. They could not assist me and I had to take a whole day off work because they are fully booked due to car services. They have absolutely no sense of urgency. In my opinion, emergency diagnostics take priority over routine car services! I am livid. This is a half a million Rand car!!! I Will never buy a Peugeot again if this is the after sales service.
