No idea what the definition of service means!!!

My car has been sitting at this repairer for two weeks for a very simple bumper repair. I have lost count of the amount of times I called for feedback and left messages for someone to call me to explain why a bumper repair takes so long.... nobody returns calls or proactive gives any feedback. Eventually I drove there to demand feedback, the colour didn't match, the bumper doesn't align and the spray work doesn't look like it was done at an approved repairer.

The GM was too busy to chat to me when I was there, I asked for him to call, and was once again promised feedback, that was two days ago! I am yet to hear from them...
