NO FOLLOW UP, NO REFUND!!!

I bought a car in 2016 from Reeds in Cape Town. The car was sold at R110 000. I bought the car cash, but was advised to pay an additional R5000 for the change of ownership which will be refunded to me. So in total i paid R115 000. I called them about 2 weeks ago to enquire about it and spoke to George who promised me that he would call me with feedback, which he never did. I again called him on Thursday and he said he would call me the following day, still no call. I gave him all my details, but they apparently don’t have any details. I would like to get my refund if R5000, and proper customer service. Very disappointed in the service I received.
