No Feedback, No customer Service, No assistance - terrible Customer Service

My VW Amarok is standing at Weiss in Greyville for the past three months. I'm battling to get an answer from them as to why my megatronics failed only after 2 years with 111000km. I've been sending numerous mails and only get a reply after about 10 mails and calls made. The answers I get is that they're not able to pinpoint the problem and still after three months, my Amarok is still standing there and I'm still without a vehicle. There is just NO feedback or customer service in that company and I won't refer anyone to them.
