no customer care

<p>my car a ford kuga had manufacturer engine problem on Monday 27 June2016. I called ford and it was towed to ford the Glen mall. I followed up since Wednesday for a loan car as I'm terribly inconvenienced. I called the glen and they have no loan cars at dealer level. I phoned customer care and spoke to Sibongile, nelson and Dimpho with no help. Sibongile **** ystdy promising that a rents car will be provided today and nothing was delivered</p>
