NO COURTESY VEHICLE 10 days later!!!!

The service is slow and barely update customers on the progress of vehicle repairs. My 8-month old vehicle is in for warranty repairs and 10days after vehicle went in Toyota has still not provided me with a courtesy vehicle. My consultant (Elize) was unhelpful throughout. Am thoroughly disappointed with Toyota, I didn’t expect such poor service.
