No communication and no car.

Dropped my car off on Friday, was told I would get a call to let me know what is happening. Saturday I call, I leave a message I’m assured I will get a call back, I call again, the adviser is busy, I call again then miraculously everyone has left and there is no one to help me. I should come on Monday! HOW, without a car???????? This is my mode of transportation, I have an early flight on Monday morning at OR then I need to get to work! I honestly thought this Ford was better but it is evidently clear that Ford offers the worst after sales service across the board! I am utterly appalled and disappointed!
