No aftersales service

Pathetic aftersales service at Randburg. Dealt with salesperson KAZ. No follow-up or returning my calls, messages. Bought a Chev. Sonic in June 2019 and after the purchase I was informed of an aircon problem. Problem still not sorted out. They refuse to accommodate my request for a courtesy vehicle as they already inconvenience me in June 2019, when I waited almost 1 month for the repairs to be carried out. A few months later, the same problem returned. They were informed that I utilise this car for business and cant afford another months delay for them to fix the same problem, seeing that they knowingly sold a defective vehicle to me. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The Manager is just as useless as according to KAZ, he is reluctant to assist me. I have send them daily messages and of late not even KAZ is taking my calls or returning messages. AVOID this dealership. Don't take my word, do your own research on their ratings. Quick to take my cash as it was a cash deal, slow to respond.
