Never seen a sales agent go above and beyond

I was looking to surprise my wife by buying her a car and decided to deal with a sales Exec by the name of Pieter Cillie from Action Ford in Roodeport.<br> Last week due to an unfortunate breakdown of my at then current car I decided to spoil the surprise and get the car the same day.<br> <br> I contacted Pieter who dropped everything he was doing to assist me. He made sure that my wife and I were confortable and tried to ease the stress that we were in at the time. He went over and beyond his call of duty and I ould have had a vechicle to drive off with that same day had it not been for the careless blunder admistered by the bank. he tried at that point to provide me with a courtesy car however none were available at the time. The very next morning he picked me up and within a short space I was able to drive away with a new car.<br> <br> Thank you Pieter for going the extra mile. over and beyond the call of service. <br> I will never forget the effort you put in and will be sure to recommend you to others and will definitely purchase all my vehicles from you
