Never call Back! ! ! AND Just plain bad Service

In September I took my car in to N1 Reeds because my aircon did n work on my Chevrolet Sonic 1.6 2012 Model so 3 days later they told me they put new gas in and it as good as new! 3 weeks later the same problem once again called them I told them I only can book it in on the 9th December 2015......That Wednesday morning took the car in and every time I need to call them to check whats the progress. I asked them to organise me a courtesy car because I cant go without a car but they never have one and Friday came and they told me they cant give me a courtesy car. Because they don't have any available but I was told by Charles they will be available later that Friday. they told me then they order the part and it will only arrive on Monday so they said we can pick up the car so that we have a car to drive with! Well I called them today(Monday) and now the part is only coming tomorrow sometime and I was told I could bring the car in latest Tuesday. I need my car and I don't have people to take and pick me up the howl time need a car to drive when my car is in for repairs! They never call back never I'm the one calling and then cant reach them! Baddest service I ever had with them!
