Never Again!

I purchased a brand new Opel Corsa 2021 model in July. A week later I found out the aircon doesn't work. I contacted them immediately and they responded a month later. My vehicle has been in twice already and it's still not working. I've contacted the Dealer Principal, he has yet to respond to me. This is the worst experience. And to top it off, they were bothering me every single day to purchase this vehicle. I regret doing business with them.
