MY TOUAREG V10 IS DEAD. THANKS VW!!!

My car had a diesel leak and a dead alternator. Those were fixed and i further asked for a full diagnostic on the vehicle and i was advised on the results and what to prioritize fixing.

I gave them a green light on what to fix but my car hasn't been driving well since collection. I made them aware of this and i was told to drive it for a while BUT it still doesn't drive well. I paid R54 531.70 and this was inclusive of a major service.

We went on a test drive with one of their service managers and he confirmed the loss of power but insisted that the car has been this way before any work was done (Basically implying that i am being dishonest).

Upon returning it, they checked again and advised that there is a "loss of power" which means "the ECU on one of the turbos is faulty" I was never informed of this on their first diagnosis and when i ask why? I do not get a clear response. I would've prioritized the ECU had i known that the problem existed but i am not a mechanic hence i asked that they advise me.

Because of the bad service, i requested for my refund and they refused and further told me that they can give me a discount on the labor should i decide to pay an extra R64000 on the turbo.

I have escalated to VWSA but i've also hit a brick wall there. So... Use this dealership or the whole VW brand at your own peril.
