MY LAST ENCOUNTER WITH VW STRIJDOM PARK

i sent my 2013 polo TDI for major service around on the 27th of february 2019, while i was driving home from vw the catalytic converter fault and coil like symbol were on.I then contacted the service specialist who was assisting me, then she said i should come back so they can check the car. After they checked the engineer said the was nothing wrong with the car it and he cleared the symbols. The same lights were on again on my way home and after contacting the specialist again she advised that i return the following day. After checking again the engineer said maybe some water might be interfering with the engine after washing but the error should dissapear as soon as the water is dry and he cleared the symbols again.the symbols kept on coming back and i had to return the car for the third time and this is when the engineer told me that the exhaust sensor is dead and it needed changing and they quoted me around R4000 for the sensor.when i asked why is it that the sensor died after i took my car for service i was never given a clear answer but the engineer said as long as the car is not cutting power i can drive tit as much as i can as the sensor wont affect performance ,thats until i can afford to buy the sensor. To this they both the symbols i on and off the whole day and it is very irritating that i took my car for service and i collected a car with a dead sensor without any clarification as to why the sensor died after service. my email is ***
