my car is not fixed properly

i took my car in about 4 plus times to Reeds N1 city for various problems as everytime i drop it off i told my service advisor Nigita to double checks everything before handing the vehicle to me, the first problem was the thermostat , the the collant bottle the after that it was a soft ware upgrage and now it is the cruise control, everytime i leave them to fixed omne probelm another one gets added, i contcated Nigita to tell her the problem Monday 17.08.2015 and then contacted her manager Johan on the 19.08.2015 and neither of them got back to me after promising me that the will call me back, i think the service is pathetic and that theu do not take the clients seriously. i am so disappointed in Reeds and the way they have treat us. The have wasted out time, money and honestly taking us for a fool.
