My car

I took my car to opel in Pretoria I paid R2000 to fix it, after 3 months the same part I fixed broke, I fixed it again I paid R18000... Then after 2 months the same part broke again I went to them to fix it thru warranty, my car is being with them for 2 months everyday they are telling me they are still waiting for respond from warranty office. The guy that I speak to Rueben he even go extend to ignore my calls.
