Most unprofessional dealer ever -William Hunt Randburg

The most unprofessional service I ever experienced from any dealer ever. William Hunt Randburg 209 Bram Fischer Drive I just 3 weeks before bought a vehicle from William Hunt in Midrand and the service was impeccable and got the OTP and like all my other vehicle deals all went 100% without issues, that is why I thought this would be the case with all their branches. I was sorely mistaken I enquired about a vehicle and was told it is still available. I got and OTP and started the finance I got approval on day 2. After approval I cancelled insurance arrange new insurance for new vehicle just to be informed no Sorry we sold the vehicle. Seriously? Why then sent me an OTP and have me go through the trouble of getting approval? Also not anywhere on the OTP or any other form of communication was I informed that I need to put down a holding deposit and or that the car is still on over to whoever gets approval first? If that was the case I would have done so. Normally a dealership will tell you we have a pending sale but it was not approved yet…oh no not these ethically challenge dealer they wasted my time and I will never ever do any business with these unprofessional car dealership Sadly I will be thinking twice if I see any car from any William Hunt except for Midrand.
