Misinformed and not happy at all!!

Why must i pay for a service and not get the full benefit!!!??? MOTORITE and REEDS N1 City just deduct money for a plan but they dont tell you when it expires or that you are paying 5years for ONLY 40 000km plan! This is wrong in so many ways and then when i told them that no one informed me - they are quick to bring out all the small technical stuff! And they dont tell you that it is only for small services - i had a problem with my car exhaust manifold awhile ago - quick to say no that doesnt get covered and that after only 5000km after i bought the car!! These kokkorotte just deduct and we must just execpt it - NO WAYS will i except this!!! I will make a VERY big thing out of this - gatvol that companies take everyone for a ride!! This is just the beginning of my fight!!
