Mini Cooper complain

In 2018 October 26 I purchased a mini Coopers countryman 2013 model with 106 000 millage at unitran Ford in mokopane, after a month of purchase I experiance mechanical problem on the vehicle then I took it back to the dealer it was in December. In January on the second week they told me that the vehicle is ready for collection. In March 2019 I experiance another problem on the vehicle to date the car has never come back when I ask they told me they transfered it to their mechanic and it has never came back. And the attitude and the service in that business is so so bad, they don't even bother to communicate with me as they mention that my query is not priotize, is been two months now I never hear anything from them any not even willing to that responsibility of the damage, And it's been 3 months now they took the car to another mechanic and again do not what happening with my car, every time I go to there garage to do follow up they tell me they still busy with it, Till WHEN??? Enough
