Mazda Wonderboom service department

I brought my vehicle in for 60 000 km service. The service at Mazda wonderboom is terrible and horrible. The staff is not friendly nor welcoming. No shuttle for the people stays in Soshanguve and when Mazda market their product they don't say people from Soshanguve mustn't buy it. The dealer only give preference to people staying in the suburbs not Townships. Previously when I brought the vehicle in for 45 000 km I was told that the shuttle doesn't go to Rosslyn my place of work , resulted me to be late for meetings and had to ask my colleague to fetch me from Mazda dealer. Today I am being told that the shuttle last drop point is Rosslyn. The dealer opposite Mazda doesn't give their customers a hustle as its INNOVATION THATS EXCITES. Kindly assist with the trade in so I can get brand that will be liable and meet all my needs.
