Major Service that left a car broken down

My mom who’se over 60 years of age took her car for a full service on the 1st of June 2023. On her way back home the car started making strange noise and she pulled over because the car was decelerating. She decided to check the water tank it was almost empty same issue with oil which I find strange for a car that just got serviced. She had to call his car insurance to tow the car home. When she called toyota she is told to bring the car for them to assess whether the problem could have been caused by them or not? She brought her car driving well and immediately after your “major service” the car is damaged and she must bear more cost by towing the car back to East London for you to decide whether you’ll take responsibility or not? This is a very terrible service and I hope you don’t continue to rob my mom her last cents.
