Lost for word

Hi

I bought a used BMW 3201 (BR 29 PG GP) in June 2018. I was told that they have put two brand new tyres at back which was a lie, I had buy two new tyres from HQ Croydon on the 14/08/2018, I am not even driving it for two months, how is that possible?

I didn't want to say anything cause the sales person was helpful, its not personal but whats wrong is wrong and why must I keep quiet?
