Lost belongings.

<p>I've taken my car(dodge journey ) for the first time for service at United Motors secunda on Tuesday the 7th of June 2016. When I left my car they adviced me to remove my purse and cash if I had it in the car otherwise they promised everything else would be safe with them.when I went to collect the car I found my Adidas sneakers that I bought for 1200 missing,I told them I couldn't find my sneakers that I left in my car boot while everything else was still there and they promised to call the next day as everyone had already knocked off. This morning I called them at about 9:45am and they told me they were about to ask their staff about the lost sneakers. When I called them again they told me nobody saw those sneakers,I requested to talk to the manager. He told me there's nothing they could do and mentioned that this wasn't the first incident,I requested him to try and find something from the yesterday's footage and he told me there's no video cameras at their wash bay but only at the service area. The manager promised to go through the footage and never got back to me. I explained to him how disappointed and angry I was about this whole thing. I've also sent an email to their customer service about my lost belongings but nobody got back to me. PLEASE HELP.</p>
