Lies with vehicle purchase

We purchased a second hand vehicle from Action Ford Lichtenburg in July this year. Henro Fourie, the sales person, insured me every time we spoke that the vehicle still had one last service (90 000 km's) on the service plan. I made sure to ask this question every time I spoke to Henro because it was one of the factors we had kept in mind before making the purchase. We booked a service for 21 October and to our surprise the vehicle's service plan had already expired in May, long before our purchase. My husband phoned Henro multiple times to try and resolve the matter but no assistance was given and we had to pay the service out of our own pockets. I strongly advice any one making a purchase from Action Ford Lichtenburg or who has to deal with Henro as the sales person to take caution and check EVERYTHING he says. No attempt to rectify his error has been made. We paid cash for the vehicle and are VERY unsatisfied with the after purchase service...as it is clear there is none.
