Left without transport

I had to book my wife's car in for a leaking water pipe. Vehicle is still under warranty and service plan.<br> I was advised that they do not have stock in cape town of the part and I cannot use the vehicle in the meanwhile.<br> In the same breath I was told they do not provide courtesy vehicles and I can RENT a car from them if there are any available.<br> <br> I find this absolutely ridiculous that if your own product breaks, you will inconvenience your client and force them to pay for alternative transport after your own product fails.<br> <br> No timeline as to when all repairs will be seen to as the other job is dependent on repair of the first item which may cause further delays.<br> <br> I want a loan car!!!<br> <br> I drive a direct competitors car and while I booked my car in for a service I was given a BRAND new loan car while mine was unavailable.<br> <br> My next car will NOT be another GM produc
