Leaking Chevy Utility 1.4 Disgusting customer service
Hi my gripe is with williams Hunt william moffet Port Elizabeth, I have a Chevy Utility 1.4, To date I have had endless issues with the vehicle from the engine falling in to water leaking into the cab, with each incident being a long and draw out proses, involving false promises, **** poor excuses, being passed around like a hot potato from person to person, to rude managers.
It is my personal opinion that it is the intention of the staff of this company to make a customers experience as horrible as possible to diture them from bringing their vehicles in for warrantee issues.
My current issue has been dragging on for a year, of which my bakkie will be going in for the 4th time for them to attempt to repair something as simple as a water leak. I was promised to have a curetacy vehicle by Monday 12th but as to be expected I received an email with a **** poor excuses delaying the proces once again.
I have spoken to many people who have told me that this is to be expected when dealing with this branch, especially it's manager. All have advised me to avoid this branch like the plague. It would be nice if Chevy provide me with an alternative business which actually has compitant staff cable of repairing faults with their vechles and this could be done with some urgency as well as a curetacy vehicle provided.
