Lazy unprofessional stuff

I would like to lodge a complaint about the kind of service I received from the William hunt stuff in Roodepoort

So firstly I had booked my vehicle in to be fixed, unfortunately my car wasn’t moving so I had to tow it in, upon arrival, no one attended us, we had to wait 2 hours to get service, ok fine my car got booked in and we left, I waited for a day or 2 hoping I get feedback and still nothing, on the 3rd day I called in and finally I got hold of Lerato who then told me she wasn’t sure who was handling my car but she will definitely find out and give me a call, I left my details and waited . Day 5 I call again to no avail, I try again on day 6 still to no avail , my car has been there literally a week without any update on what’s happening.

Ok skip that , my partner decides to drive to William hunt and find out what’s happening and only then he finds out apparently the lady by the name of Annie is on leave, she responds the following day of the visit to tell me she was on leave and we can proceed but now my problem is why does work have to stop due to one person being on leave and no one bothered to let us know

She sends me a quote and asks for a go ahead, I have a look at the quotation and unfortunately I couldn’t afford everything that was listed there however because I know my car and the reason it’s not starting is because of the injectors , I then ask her to please fix the injectors and the coolant as the coolant was covered by the warranty and I had to pay for the injectors cash, she agreed and told me she’s on it.

2 days later she calls me to let me know that she can no longer assist me as everything that was listed on that quotation go hand and hand so they can’t fix one thing and leave out the rest so I can come get my car, I fought to speak to her manager as I couldn’t understand why would they keep my car for so long and later tell me they can’t help me because I’m not willing to pay for everything that was quoted

I spoke to her manager and we agreed I would only pay for what I needed to fixed and I’m sure sure that my car will start and indeed they replaced the injector seals and my car was running, but now they had increased the prices because they were different from the first quotation and again I had to fight for the first quotation prices , when it was time to go get my car they told me my fan wasn’t running of which that was not true and they gave me another quote and told me they couldn’t release my car because of the fan , I insisted on getting it and made arrangements for my partner to get it, my car was dirty, it looked like it had been outside for this whole month it has been at William hunt and when I asked about it they told me that they don’t wash cars that need to be towed

NB. I drove my car home with no problems and my fan is running perfectly fine

Their service was awful and they treated us like they are doing us a favour
