Lack of service continues!!!

<p>Our Isuzu has been back to the service center since our last complaint and the answer was that I don’t know how to switch off my ignition properly. Since then I recorded it and sent it through to Bolla at Williams Hunt Cedar and it has been more than a week with no response. Why Why Why do we deserve such shocking service?</p> <p> </p>
