Lack of service

<p>I bought a brand new ford fiesta TDI in 2013 and from my first service to current I have just experience trouble when taking my car in for the service. I am on the 4th service still complaining about a shudder on the cluth and still they refuse to fix it even with a maintenance plan. Every time they seem to have a story of why they will not fix it. Why pay extra for a maintenance plan sold by Ford but when needed they have stories.</p>
