Lack of control or management in shuttle services

The shuttle guys need to have a supervisor, I had to wait for almost 2hours for a shuttle , when I arrive the 1st car left with 4 ppl it’s a 5 seater and the 2nd car left with only 1 person (7seater) and came back after 45 minutes and there where almost 10ppl waiting he only took 2 ppl on a 7 seater car also note 1 of the 2ppl he took in his second round he left him 1st time when he leave with 1person, and says the rest are not in his territory. I believe if management can address this issue properly complaints like this will reduced or not exist at all. Your urgent attention on matter is required, ppl can not wait for over 2 hours for a shuttle.
