Jane is a **** VW Kroonstad

On Monday my husband called VW to ask about the car he saw during the weekend, he wanted to know how much would be the instalment of that particular car.He was then informed that he needed to bring his documents so that they can check for him. He was called then by the financial clerk Jane who told him that the bank approved his application then.He later informed Jane that he did not want to buy the car at this stage for personal reasons. Jane had all his documents and today he went to fetch the documents and she asked if he wanted to buy somewhere else and he informed her that is not the case.When he wanted his documents Jane wanted to make copies (for their archive).Firstly we want to understand if Jane knows about POPIA if yes why would she keep the client’s documents when he was not applying for a car now.There is now a Debi check mandate(MFS)in my husband’s app of which Jane claims to know nothing about.The documents were submitted on Monday at VW Kroonstad and on Thursday right before the pay date the Debi check mandate😭.Jane must be called to order and personally cancel the Debi check.We would like to be given all our documents from VW Kroonstad since it’s not allowed 🚫 by law (POPIA) .I’m afraid that the copies that are still with her will later be used for one of her ****s.Jane must be stopped. She cannot be allowed to reach targets ********ly.
