#itstopshere Williams Hunt Bellville Team.

My brand new Chevrolet Cruze is sitting from being towed in on the 27th February 2018 for a third “clutch issue” to Williams Hunt Bellville within an interval of 8 months with only 59,000km. Car is still in the workshop as I write this message. I have not given a courtesy car in all the period and it’s costing me more than expected. Practically this does not make sense and even the mechanics agree but they say is not covered by warranty. Was quoted R11,000 without even the car being opened. Message is that it’s still be opened last week and I am tired of this now. If I paid the R11,000 it will be done in one day now I have waited for so long just for it to be opened.

I have been the constant communication with Williams Hunt but they are doing their part of the deal. All I am told is car is buy being opened. I am at Williams Hunt as I sent this message and not going anyway until something happens today. #itstopshere. Options given to them are either I get a full complete assessment of the car to know what to next or I get a courtesy car as they sort themselves out.

This is really frustrating for a loyal customer.
