ITS A ****

I worked for Audi Northcliff for years and loved the brand till I dealt with these people.

They ordered the wrong part for the vehicle which I paid 20k for in advance. Then they return the part order a cheaper part but for some reason the “handling” charges for the first part cost the exact amount I’ve already paid for???? I smell a **** here, felt really black in there or maybe it’s that they insist on speaking one language even when they see I don’t understand it.!
