Isuzu *****s over potential customer 3 times.....

Dear ISUZU South Africa

I have a BIG ****ING issue with a your CFAO Williams Hunt CENTURION dealership...

In 1997 and 1998 Isuzu was "South Africas BEST selling Bakkie" ... I would know as i bought a 1999 KB250D and it had that sticker on the tailgate...

I drove that Isuzu until last week, when i sold it after 25 years of trouble free ownership...

Now, some advise from my side... WHY YOU NOT THE NO. 1 SELLING BAKKIE IN SA ANY MORE

In 2019 i was in the market for a SUV... Wanted the MUX as from 1999 to 2019 i was very satissfied with my Isuzu Bakkie... I was quoted a price for the MUX by williams hunt centurion and upon saying OK, ill take it... I was told Sorry Sir.... The price is now R120k MORE than the HUGE ASS SIGN NEXT TO THE ****ING CAR...

I was not too happy... but proceeded to buy a BRAND NEW FORTUNER instead....

Fast forward to NOV 2022.... Enjoying my Fortuner and thinking, lets sell my old KB250D for a new shape 1.9L Isuzu, i enquired about a new DMAX 1.9L AT D/C with a canopy for R487 240.00 .... I still have the pic and the WhatsApp conversation with your salesman... so i have the proof of the advert and price..

Was happy and said ill take it, and ****... sorry Sir, This bakkie is R****, not R487k....

Upset, i left it...

Fast Forward to today....

Last week i sold my trusty KB250D... and enquired about the 1.9L S/C L advertised for R332k...

Enquired about it and said ill take it... and guess what happened... Sorry Sir, this bakkie is now R400k PLUS...

All 3 times.. Williams hunt centurion...

So, is this STANDARD PRACTICE AT Williams Hunt??

So, i guess ill just grab a new hilux instead....

Thanks for the 25 years of good service from my 1999 KB250D.... but i understand now why Isuzu is NOT the no.1 best selling bakkie anymore....
