<p>I bought a adam 1.4 in October 2015 demo model from reeds n1city. this car has just been giving problems. from the first week the fearbox struggles to go in to first gear on a number of occations. i have been at tge beanch multipal times. the last time the oetrol cap did not open. they had my car a week with no feed back from them. i had to phone constantly to get feedback. the dealer pribcipal was rude and did not see my frustration. the service manager was snotty and i dint give a damn attitude. the receptionist was bluntly unprofessional. when i received feedback eventually they said my battery was faulty and said they have orderd a new one. the day after they phoned i can collect my car. they then told me they took a battery out of a car on the floor and put it in my car. they also said nothing is wrong with the gearbox. their excuse for not getting back to me is they did not have my correct details. but i gave it to them when i insisted on a courtesy vehicle that was up to no standard. when i got in my car and out it in reverse it got stuck. its making all sound of sounds. i do not feel safe in tgis car and the service i received after buying this car is up to ****. i am now driving this car and waiting for something to happen. there is also a distinctive smell comeing from my car when forcing the gears in. im fed up. i am awainting in the ombits man to come back to me. im ****ed and utterly disgusted . reading other adam users posts i get even more ****ed</p>
