Is Ford really a reliable car? I bought a car two weeks ago and now the car broke down.

<p>I bought a Ford Focus at this Action Ford in Constantia a few weeks ago. Yesterday while i was driving the car stopped in the middle of the road. My insurance towed it back to the dealership and till this hour it hasnt been worked on and i havent been called and told what is wrong with this vehicle. Everyone at the dealership is telling me to speak to all different people since 8am until now its 16:21 almost time to go home i dont know how to pick my son up or anything.</p> <p>This is the worst dealership i have been incontact with so far in my 11 years of driving. I dont even want that car anymore i need a car from another dealership.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service is bad from receptionist to managers. So dissapointed.</p>
