Incredible Service All Round!

On 20 December late afternoon, I once again hurried into Reeds (previously located in the City and now in Claremont) as my little car presented signs that unsettled me. However, having been given the assurance that the hiccup will soon be taken care of, it is high time that I point out how uplifting it is and had always been, to liaise with ANY of Reeds’ staff, be it telephonically or in person.

The professionalism and kindness starts effortlessly from first point of contact: • The friendly and engaging voices of Leona and her Team answering the phone. • Grant and Team in the Reception area who are always ready to warmly welcome clients and make us feel like Bugatti owners. • The enduringly conscientious Service Manager Michael Cole. • The constantly reassuring and very capable Rodney and his Workshop Team. • And truthfully, just about everyone else one encounters whilst at this Branch.

The staff’s approach in acknowledging a client is almost reverent, yet warmly welcoming. I can well imagine how challenging it might be for them at times though, as they deal with so many people at so many different levels. Particularly since it is widely predicted that whoever walks into a car dealer workshop would invariably anticipate problems with their vehicles and therefore could be feeling discontented, as a result, so often the staff endure the most of the client’s discontentment.

Since my very first encounter with Reeds staff, the respectable manner in which they present themselves, their positive attitude, high quality level of attendance and kind natured disposition remained unchanged. It is indeed praiseworthy. They are ALL noticeably service-orientated individuals and dedicated to serve. Therefore, it is safe to say that the staff are undeniably a tribute to Reeds overall and consequently in line with the Dealership’s standing. Reeds Management clearly have an aptitude for evaluating the calibre in people, hence their top-notch team. In essence, it is simply delightful to be at this branch, my time there is always pleasant and relaxing.

In addition, the level of professionalism in terms of feedback and confirmation is infinite; from the first inquiry with the Receptionist, followed by the message to my mobile phone as well as an email to confirm my booking, as well as my details. Quite simply no loose ends.

That said, my car will check in at this Branch tomorrow, yet I feel at ease, notwithstanding the report from your workshop.

Well done Mr Denicker and Mr Cole with your selection of staff!
