*********** technicians and poor management

In 2017 I purchased a new Nissan Xtrial , I had since been repairing and replacing brake pads for every service interval, same year my gear box failed and clutch in different occasions while I was driving from work and believe that the quality of parts being used for Xtrial is compromised . This year in July I took the vehicle for a service , I fetched the vehicle and drove 43 km to my home only to find out that the diesel pipe was never properly closed , the diesel was leaking from Benoni to Meredale, when I demanded full tank I was asked to produce the last receipt for fuel of which I didnt have it as I did not expect that Nissan employee will not close the pipe. A week later the turbo failed , it was taken in for repairs and claimed under warranty , the delearship refused to give me a loan car of which the vehicle was not booked i went to seek advise about the noise and non-functionality of some things like hill assist, cruize control , i was told that Nissan South Africa was going to hire a car for me , after a week of struggling Nissan SA offered me a car and i rejected the offer as already I had made plans for travelling to work from Meredale to Benoni. After keeping the vehicle for weeks I was asked to fetch it, on the way home there was a noise of something falling underneath only to find out the underbody shield/tray was not clipped , it was left open , at the time the dealership had already closed, the following day i called and they sent a Technician to my place and it was clipped , in October the radio screen went off while I was on leave , i took it to Nissan Motordeal Ormonde ,the outcome was ,the radio bracket and *****s were missing and if I were to be involved in an accident it was going to hit someone as it was just pushed on to the radio hole and nothing was holding it , the dealership refused to take responsibility , instead they suggested that I must trade-in my car for a new one , imagine taking a new finance again for Nissan . Nissan South Africa is not assisting at all. I will never recomment anyone to buy Xtrial , and I heared that they are very problematic and I guess Nissan SA and Nissan Benoni cant wait for the warranty to expire so that I can deal with the vehicle on my own without their help, I am so disgusted by the companies wanting to gain profit at all costs without even taking responsiblity when they are at fault.
