I am appalled by the service I received from Ford Constantia. I called them yesterday to book for service, Ronel at reception kept me on hold for about 20 seconds, then advised that she would transfer may call to Annelien, who did not take the call, call was referred back to reception, where I was on hold for another 40 seconds, she said she will relay my call through, to no avail, from nowhere she started laughing for another 40 seconds before hanging up, I called back, asked my name laughed again the n hung up. This happened about three times, I then gave up. Their service is so ridiculous that I would never recommend anyone to use them for anything.
