Incompetency and unreliable

I purchased a suzuki swift used car with Williams hunt and collected the vehicle on the 17th of January and was told that service book,spare keys,license disk and other things will be delivered a week later mean time I should use a permit. To this day the 7th of February I have received nothing but excuses,the cars permit expired on the sixth of February which now means I can't use the car. Everytime I'm told the driver went somewhere which means they only attend to certain clients who they deem important. I'm so tired of excuses,should I drive this expired car with the dealerships excuses and something happens I will be on my own as insurance doesn't take excuses. Their service for me has been nothing but we are sorry.
